  1. Citizens' Comments.  [The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.]

Recognition of Allen City Television (ACTV) for a Series of Awards from the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA), National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), and the Lone Star Emmy.

Recognition of Dr. Alan Coffman, Board Member of the Allen Animal Shelter Advisory Committee, as Recipient of the W.R. Bilderback Award, Veterinarian of the Year Award.

Presentation of Annual Report by Todd McIntosh, Chair of the Parks and Recreation Board.

  5. Approve Minutes of the December 14, 2010, Regular Meeting.

Set August 12-14, 2011, as the Dates for the City Council Budget Workshop with City Council and Executive Staff.

Adopt an Ordinance Amending the City of Allen Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6 - Health and Environment, Article III, Solid Waste.
 
  8.

Adopt a Resolution Approving the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan 2011-2021 Establishing a Guide for Parkland Acquisition and Development in the City of Allen.
 
  9. Receive the Summary of Property Tax Collections as of November 2010.

Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance Granting Specific Use Permit SUP No. 116 for Amusement, Commercial (Indoor) use to be located in 27,600± square feet of space (Suite 150) in the building located at 505 Century Parkway. The property is 5.409± acres being Lot 2R, Block 3, Millennium Business Park. [Allen Baseball Holdings, Inc. (D-Bat Allen)]
