	The Council respectfully requests that citizens help maintain the decorum of the meeting by turning off electronic devices, refraining from applauding, and being respectful during the proceedings of the meeting.

	1.	A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $75,000 in the Parks and Recreation Department of the General Fund for expenses relating to the preparation of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011

	2.	A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $200,000 in the Engineering Capital Improvement Fund for the Lakeshore Drive Bridge to cover additional construction costs applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011

	3.	A public hearing to consider an ordinance  amending  to Chapter 14.34, Provo City Code,  to create 14.34.480 Solar Energy Collection Systems

	4. 	An ordinance amending Sections 8.02.010 and 8.03, Provo City Code, to include the keeping of  mason bees as a permitted species in  residential areas subject to certain requirements

	5. 	A resolution approving changes to the sale of the surplus property, generally located on the former 100 West Street right-of-way, from Center Street to 100 South, from Provo City to the Redevelopment Agency of Provo
