6. Approval of MOU between the Clay County BCC and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 3362B (Battalion Chiefs Unit) and Release Agreement.

Approval of Agreement (Contingent upon approval from the State of Florida) with Fred Fox Enterprises in the amount of $41,028.59, for administrative services in connection with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Phase III, Community Development Block Grant for the purchase, rehabilitation, and rental of foreclosed properties.
