10.   Approval of Agreement with Tocoi Engineering for Continuing Construction Inspection Services for various county projects. This contract is the result of RFQ #10/11-01. Funding Source: Various
 
 
11.   Approval of Agreement with AT&T (previously approved as a sole source) in the amount of $40,215.08 for installation of equipment and maintenance services, for VOIP at the new Emergency Operations Center. Staff requests approval of advance payment, as well as approval to waive the purchasing policy as it applies. Although the agreement contains terms that are not consistent with our policy, AT&T is unwilling to make changes to the agreement and unwilling to sign our Standard Addendum. 12.   Approval to direct the County Attorney to commence forclosure proceedings on Code Enforcement cases 09-061 and 07-036  
 
13.   Approval to recognize the Oakleaf Sports Association (OSA) as an active athletic association in Clay County.

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
