1.   Public hearing under Section 447.403(4)(c), Florida Statutes, regarding the impasse between Clay County and The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union Southeast Council (United Food and commercial Workers), AFL-CIO, CLC, on behalf of the Clay County Public Works Department Collective Bargaining Unit (PERC Case No. SM-2009-058)  
 
2.   Presentations by the parties and public comment  
 
3.   Board consideration and formal action under Section 447.403(4)(e), Florida Statutes, resolving all disputed impasse issues
