E	Discussion regarding a proposed budget transfer of $12,852 from the General Services Division of the General Fund to the Parks and Recreation Eldred Center Division of the General Fund for the purpose of critical roof repairs.  The $12,852 is a portion of the money that was originally appropriated for the City Energy Audit Upgrade that will be made available if the previous appropriation takes place (11-027RO)

2	A public hearing to consider a resolution transferring budget authority in the amount of $2.5 million from the B&C Road Fund to Engineering Capital Improvement Fund for capital expenses related to the Northwest Connector project applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 (11-004RO)
3	A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $50,000 in the General Services Division of the General Fund for professional services related to the fiber optic network contingency plan applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 (11-021BA)
4	An ordinance adopting the amended redevelopment plan for the Central Business District Redevelopment Project as Amended November 16, 2010 (11-030RDA)
