4.   Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #10/11-4, Doctor’s Lake Drive Shared Use Path, to Vallencourt Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,679,551.48. Additionally request approval of the contract for this project. Approval will be effective after the 72-hour bid protest period has expired, assuming not protests are received.
