The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
 
 
12.   Budget/Finance Committee Report of 3/1/10.  (Comm. Davis)  
 
13.   Approval of Budget Transfer #10-110 in the amount of $121,000.00 from Reserve for Contingency to allocate additional funds needed to award Bid No. 09/10-3, Oakleaf Community Park – Phase I, to D.R. Swanson Company. The bid award is to include the Base Bid, Bid Alternate Nos. 1A & 1B (concessions/restrooms/septic tank system), Bid Alternate No. 2 (multi-use fields), and additive alternates for sodding. The total bid amount is $1,044,263.00. $924,000.00 of this total is funded by Middle Village Community Development District and Double Branch Community Development District per an Interlocal Agreement with the County, leaving direct County funding to be $120,263.00. This transaction is contingent upon Board approval of the Budget/Finance Committee Report of 3/1/10.
