13. | Approval of Budget Transfer #10-110 in the amount of $121,000.00 from Reserve for Contingency to allocate additional funds needed to award Bid No. 09/10-3, Oakleaf Community Park – Phase I, to D.R. Swanson Company. The bid award is to include the Base Bid, Bid Alternate Nos. 1A & 1B (concessions/restrooms/septic tank system), Bid Alternate No. 2 (multi-use fields), and additive alternates for sodding. The total bid amount is $1,044,263.00. $924,000.00 of this total is funded by Middle Village Community Development District and Double Branch Community Development District per an Interlocal Agreement with the County, leaving direct County funding to be $120,263.00. This transaction is contingent upon Board approval of the Budget/Finance Committee Report of 3/1/10. Funding Source: 001-9900-599100 |
