1.   Approval of a Secondary Employment Contract with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for a CCSO Deputy at the rate of $23.00/hr. to supervise the inmates who provide assistance at the Animal Care and Control Division. Funding Source: 001-2801-534000

2.   Approval of agreement with the Clay County Health Department for services provided in connection with the Clay County Rabies Control Program. No funding is required.

3.   Approval of Budget Transfer #11-090 in the amount of $70,000.00 to allocate funds from Capital Improvement Project (CIP)-Doctors Lake Drive Bike/Pedestrian Path to CIP-Young Property on Old Jennings Road in order to purchase the easement. This transfer is between cost centers within the same fund. Funding Source: 305-6017-563000 (K. Zebraski)  
 
4.   Approval of changes to the list of designated purchasing agents appointed and approved by the County Manager to submit requisitions and make purchases in accordance with the provisions of the Purchasing Policy. Per the Purchasing Policy, this list is to be updated when changes are made thereto. (K. Thomas)  
 
5.   Approval to post Notice of Intent and award Bid #10/11-9, along with approval of accompanying contract with YMCA of Florida’s First Coast, for the Swimming Pool Management and Operation at Camp Chowenwaw at a price of $49.00 per hour.
