  1. Citizens' Comments.  [The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.]

  • Presentation of a Proclamation to Coach Jerry Best and the Allen High School Wrestling Team Proclaiming 2011 as " Allen Eagles Wrestling Team Year."
  • Presentation of a Proclamation to Culinary Arts Instructor Jordan Swim and the Allen High School Culinary Arts Team Proclaiming April 2011 as “Allen High School Culinary Arts Team Month.”
  • Presentation of a Proclamation to Representatives of the Allen Americans Proclaiming April 2011 as "Allen Americans Professional Hockey Month."

Motion to Reappoint James Kerr to the North Texas Municipal Water District Board (NTMWD) as a Representative for the City of Allen for a Two-Year Term Effective June 1, 2011, through May 31, 2013.

Adopt a Resolution Establishing a Board Appointment Policy.
