1.   Approval of proposed ordinances pertaining to hours of sale and zoning for certain alcoholic beverage establishments

One ordinance amends Clay County Code Sec. 3-4, which pertains to the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages within the County, by establishing 11:00 p.m. as the end of the sales period each day for certain establishments operating under 4COP quota licenses on premises greater than 4,750 square feet that are located within 500 feet either side of Wells Road from the Orange Park town limits to a point west of State Road 21. The other amends the Zoning Code by prohibiting the same types of establishments from operating within the same area, and by limiting the grandfathering of existing establishments to a period of five years.
