Approval as a Sole Source Vendor is also requested for reasons stated in the attached memo, and approval of 25% advance payment. This contract is being funded through a reimbursable Homeland Security Grant. Funding Source: 001-2102-J-534000 State Homeland Security Grant

21.   Approval of Termination of Agreement #10/11-18 with Michelle Lee, Mediation-Arbitration Program Coordinator, for reasons stated in the attached email from James Gardner, Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Item 3. B. of the contract allows for termination by the County with 30 day notice and this approval will authorize the County Manager to send a Notice of Termination.
