At the direction of the County Manager, as requested by Commissioner Conkey, staff is proposing a revision to the Branan Field Land Development Regulations to allow the placement of utilities in the required 50 foot perimeter buffer.  This change would allow a maximum easement of 15 feet and would only affect development within the Rural Suburbs land use category.
