The Florida Building Code requires a minimum of 5 members for Boards such as this.  Clay County code requires nine members for the Constructiuon Trades Qualifying Board.  Staff is recommending that County code be modified to reflect the requrements set forth by the State and require only 5 members for this Board.  This change can be made via ordinance and does not need to go through the Planning Commission.
