  1. Citizens' Comments.  [The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.]

Recognition of the Allen Economic Development Corporation as a Recipient of the 2010 Economic Excellence Award from the Texas Economic Development Council.

Approve Minutes of the May 23, 2011, Special Called Meeting to Canvass the Results of the May 14, 2011, General Election.

Approve Minutes of the May 24, 2011, Regular Meeting.

Adopt a Resolution Nominating Frontier Communications Corporation to the Office of the Governor's Economic Development & Tourism Division as an Enterprise Zone Project.

Ratify the Conveyance of an Electric Easement Executed on May 20, 2011, to Oncor Electric Delivery for the Cable Wakeboard Park.
