1.   Approval of Funding Agreement with the Clay County Soccer Club, Inc. (CCSC) for $20,000.  The County will be contributing $194,000.00 to the project for a total cost of $214,000.00. Project is estimated to be completed within 14 weeks.  
 
2.   Approval of Budget Amendment #11-157 and Resolution in the amount of $20,000.00 to record the Clay County Soccer Club, Inc. (CCSC) contribution towards the Eagle Harbor Soccer Complex Lighting Project. The funds are to be used for the purchase and installation of additional sports lighting at the Eagle Harbor Soccer Complex. This request is pending the approval of the Funding Agreement with the CCSC. Funding Source: 305-305-366000.
