3.   Approval of contract with CASS Data Mailing Inc., for providing services associated with the issuing of TRIM notices for tax years 2009, 2010, and 2011 at the various fee amounts stated within the contract. This contract is a result of the award of RFP No. 08/09-20 previously approved by the Board. Funding Source: 001-0101-541200.  
 
4.   Approval of contract with Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. (PBS&J), in the amount of $952,257.62, for final design services for C.R. 209 Project (widening). This contract is a result of the award of RFQ No. 08/09-25 previously approved by the Board. Review is pending. Funding Source: 305-6013-563000.   Withdrawn By County Manager  
 
5.   Approval of report and recommendation re: civil action against Clay County (The Bank of New York v. Brian Hall, Eliza Hall, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2009-674-CA) (see attach.)  
 
6.   Approval of report and recommendation re: civil action against Clay County (US Bank, N.A. v. Latasha F. Webb, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 09-1846-CA) (see attach.)

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
