ITEM(S) SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL
1.   Approval of Budget Transfer #11-162 in the amount of $415,779.55 to allow for the transfer of unspent 911-Wireless revenues to the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). This transfer is between cost centers within the same fund.

2.   Approval of Budget Amendment #11-163 and Resolution in the amount of $579,807.87 to record unanticipated revenue received from First American Title Insurance Company and Estate Title & Trust, LLC in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The funds were obtained from the sale of rehabilitated homes and are to be used for the purchase, rehabilitation and resale of future properties through NSP. Funding Source: 127-127-331622 (K. 3.   Recommend approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid # 10/11-26 Elevator Modernization at the Clay County Jail to Mowrey Elevator Company of Florida, Inc., in the amount of $63,000.00. This includes the award of base bid items and alternate bid items. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired and assuming no protests are received. 4.   Approval of Agreement with the Florida Department of Corrections in the amount of $57,254.00 for salary and costs associated with a corrections officer who would supervise an inmate work squad to assist the Public Works Department. The term of the contract will be one (1) year. Approval is also requested as a sole source vendor for reasons stated.

5.   Approval of Grant of Easement with the Clay County Utility Authority to grant CCUA an easement across county property (see attached legal description), in return for a release of an easement through the center of a county pond for Henley Road. Funding source: NA

6.   Approval of Agreement with Suzanne H. McGlothlin to provide Mediation Arbitration Coordinator services for Clay County for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. The hourly rate for the position is $15.00 not to exceed 40 hours. Funding Source: 122-3001-534000
