1.   Discussion on request by The Way Free Medical Clinic to lease the church property on Houston Street from the county.  
 
2.   Discussion on proposed Ordinance to amend Land Development Code Section 20.3-9, Zoning District and Land Use Category Consistency.

 
  This proposed ordinance is in response to the adoption of Future Land Use Element Policy 1.3.2 in the County’s recently adopted EAR Based amendments. This Policy was revised to expand the Future Land Use Categories within which Institutional/Public-Semi Public uses are allowable. Consequently, the proposed ordinance includes amendments to Section 20.3-9, Zoning District and Land Use Category Consistency. Based upon the changes to Future Land Use Element 1.3.2, Public Ownership (PO) and Private Services (PS) Zoning Districts have been added to various Future Land Use Categories.

In addition to the changes identified above, the Future Land Use Category of Industrial Park, which was also newly adopted in the EAR Based Amendments, has been added to Section 20.3-9. The requisite Zoning Categories have also been included for this new Future Land Use Category.
 
3.   Discussion of new Code Enforcement procedures  
  With the recent reconfiguration of the Code Enforcement Division, changes to the operating proceduresare needed to properly prioritize the work being done by the remaining Code Enforcement personnel so that the expectation of the Board are being properly addressed.  The attached memorandum details some proposed changes to those procedures.
