ZONING
 
1.  Consideration of the application of New Safe Haven Church, requesting approval of 1) a change in zoning from Planned Development (PD) District 86-5 for Single Family and Industrial Uses to Single Family (SF/7/G/3) District, 2) a Specific Use Permit for Kindergarten, Preschool, or Child Care Center and 3) a sidewalk waiver. 2.  Consideration of the application of Quik Trip, requesting approval of 1) a Specific Use Permit for Retail Sales with Gas Pumps on property zoned Planned Development (PD) District 85-28 for Shopping Center Uses and 2) a variance to Section 30.105 of the Sign Ordinance regarding sign setbacks.  The property is located on the northeast corner of Arapaho Road and Jupiter Road.  (File 09-33)
 
3.  Consideration of the application of First Response Restoration, requesting approval of 1) an amendment to Planned Development (PD) District 03-47 for Transit Oriented Development, 2) a Detail Plan for expansion of an Used Auto Sales and Tire Dealer, and 3) variances to Section 7.0 and 9.0 of the Screening and Landscaping Standards regarding screening and landscaping of parking lots and landscape buffer and buffer planting requirements.
