2.   Approval of Consent Order from St. Johns Water Management District for Loch Rane Stormwater Improvements (C. Iley)  
 
3.   Approval of Supplement #5 to Agreement #08/09-139 with Gibbs and Register, Inc. for Loch Rane Stormwater Improvements. This will reduce the contract amount by $12,174.30 as the result of a Consent Order from St. Johns Water Management District. Approval of this Supplement is contingent upon approval of the Consent Order. Funding Source: 305-14-563000, Loch Rane Stormwater Improvement
 
 
4.   Approval of Resolution adopting the Clay County Local Mitigation Strategy

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), FL Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

11.   Discussion on agreements with the Clay County Community Band and the CCSO Pipe and Drum Corps in an amount not to exceed $1,500 each ($3,000 total) for FY 10/11. This funding will come from the Florida Arts License Plate collections and will be used to provide uniforms, equipment, etc. Approval is contingent upon approval of the FY 10/11 budget. 12.   Discussion of TDC Sub-Committee Recommendations on the formation of a Sports Development Advisory Committee (Comm. Conkey)
