4.   Discussion regarding the maintenance of the western portion of Olin Baxley Road in Middleburg.
Over the past several decades Olin Baxley Road was maintained by the County. Three years ago a citizen requested that the County stop maintaining Oline Baxley Road adn it has since been treated as a private road. Recently, a request was made to start maintaining Olin Baxley Road. The County has not been successful in locating a deed or title for Oline Baxley Road. The Public Works Department requests the Board's clarification to resume the maintenance on the western portion of Oline Baxley Road in Middleburg.
