	14.		Public Hearing on an ordinance amending Ordinance #08-62 in order to amend the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan (CIE), which includes the Non-Plan Capital Improvement Schedule, as depicted in Exhibit B of Ordinance #08-62, as amended.

	15.		Public Hearing to consider proposed Ordinance amending Clay County Ordinance 2004-37 relating to the increase of service charges on the filing of actions, suits, and proceedings in circuit and county court to fund court facilities
