8.   Approval to utilize Comcast as a sole source provider to provide both cable television and enhanced internet service to the Clay County Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This purchase in the amount of $42,031.00, will fund the connection of the EOC to nearby Comcast Service. Comcast is the primary cable provider to the County, except when unavailable or not feasible. Although satellite service is available, after further research it has been determined that utilization of Comcast services will significantly reduce future cost of internet and television services to the EOC. Further approval of advance payment is requested. Funding Source: 305-6009-562000.  
 
9.   Finance Business
The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

The Resolution will be prepared for formal adoption at the Board's September 27, 2011, meeting, even though the Board will adopt the district map on September 13, 2011.
