1.					Discussion on request from The Way Free Medical Clinic to use Thrasher Horne Conference Center.
					Per the contract with St. Johns River Community College, the BCC has six allotted dates to use the Thrasher-Horne Conference Center during their fiscal year.  The Way Free Medical Clinic is requesting to use one of the allotted dates to hold a Health Care Symposium in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield.  If approved, the BCC will have three allotted dates left to use the center prior to June 30, 2011.
2.					Discussion Regarding Revisions to Article VIII - Parking Code
					Staff is proposing two revisions to Article VIII.  The first revision will clarify that within a multi-use building, each use is to be considered separately when calculating required parking.  The second revision will allow for the submittal of alternative parking calculations when an applicant believes that the parking code requires a number of parking spaces in excess of that which is necessary to accommodate the development.
