28.   ADDENDUM - CONSENT AGENDA

Approval of the following Budget Amendments and Resolutions to record unanticipated revenue received by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office:

(A) Budget Amendment #09-248 and resolution in the amount of $1,000.00 from the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Sheriff's Association Grant. The funds are going to be used for overtime salaries for facilitators and materials for presentation of FSA Teen Driver Challenge.

(B) Budget Amendment #09-249 and resolution in the amount of $100.00 from the Asbury United Methodist Church in appreciation of K-9 demonstration. The funds are to be used for support of the K-9 Program.

(C) Budget Amendment #09-250 and resolution in the amount of $1,000.00 from a donation made by Target. The funds will be used to purchase GPS tracking units to be used for general investigations.

(D)  Approval of Budget Transfer Request #09-251 in the amount of $29,239.70. It is a transfer between the same cost center and is needed to adjust the Clay County Sheriff’s Office budget between expenses and capital for estimated grant expenditures.
