OLD BUSINESS
1.   Adoption of an ordinance adopting the capital improvement schedules/tables required by section 129.02, Florida Statutes, as the Capital Improvement Program for the Clay County 09/10 Fiscal Year Budget; providing for the adoption of all future capital improvement programs included in the adoption of the County annual budgets to be accomplished by resolution; providing for amendments to the 09/10 Fiscal Year Budget and all future adopted annual budgets which do not require a public hearing to be amended pursuant to the provisions of section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes.  
 
2.   Final Public Hearing on FY 2009/2010 Budget.
