ITEM(S) SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL
1.   Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #09/10-31, Asphalt Products and Services, to Hubbard Construction as the primary vendor and APAC-Southeast as the secondary vendor. Approval will be effective after the 72-hour bid protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. Submittals are available for review in the Purchasing Department. 2.   Approval of Agreement with First Coast Women’s Services for FY10/11 in the amount of $3,000.00 from Choose Life License Plate Revenue to provide aid in connection with adoption services. Funding Source: 001-3320-580000 (D. Moore/B. Johns)  
 
3.   Approval of changes to the list of designated purchasing agents appointed and approved by the County Manager to submit requisitions and make purchases in accordance with the provisions of the Purchasing Policy. Per the Purchasing Policy, this list is to be updated when changes are made thereto. (K. Thomas)  
 
4.  

Approval of staff’s evaluations of the submittals received for RFP No. 09/10-30, Deferred Compensation Plan Administration. Currently the County has two plan administrators, Nationwide Retirement Solutions and The Hartford, as indicated in the attached evaluation summary. Both Nationwide Retirement Solutions and The Hartford were included in the top ranked companies. Should the Board wish to allow for additional plan administrators, it is recommended that International City Management Association Retirement Corporation be selected as well. Proposals are available for review in the Purchasing Department.
