15.   Approval to post Notice of Intent to award Bid #10/11-28, and approval of the contract, with Sayar Enterprises, Inc. DBA Southern Development Corporation in the amount of $3,458,769.00, for the C.R. 220A (Old Jennings Road) Roadway Improvements. Approval will be effective after the 72-hour protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. Funding Source: 305-6011-563000
 
 
16.   Approval of the following items for the Clay County Council on Aging (Pending Review) for FY 11/12:
(1) Funding Agreement for FY 11/12 in the amount of $651,600, plus various in-kind services;
(2) Lease Agreement for the Council on Aging Facilities at Keystone Heights, Middleburg, and Orange Park.

17.   Approval of sale of County property (Airpark Parcel). Only one sealed bid was received from adjacent landowner Edward Witt.

The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
