1.   Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #08/09-44, Construction of Boardwalk at Camp Chowenwaw Park, to Bayshore Construction, Inc. as the lowest and best bid in the amount of $78,393.00. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. Submittals are available for review in the Purchasing Department.

2.   Approval to recommend adding both proposers, Abacus Carpentry and Michael Thomas Construction, to the existing Neighborhood Stabilization Program Contractor Rehabilitation Services pool of contractors. Submittals are available for review in the Purchasing Department.

3.   Approval to award Bid #08/09-45, Neighborhood Stabilization Program – Appraisal & Valuation Services, Termite Inspection Services and Asbestos Inspection Services, as such utilizing:
A) Excell Appraisals and Professional Appraisal for the Appraisal & Valuation Services (alternating the two companies)
B) Freedom Pest Control for the Termite Inspection Services
C) Atlas Scientific for the Asbestos Inspection Services

4.   Approval of Budget Transfer Request #10-017 and Resolution in the amount of $36,567.30 to allocate receipt of unanticipated revenue received from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Agricultural Environmental Services, Bureau of Entomology and Pest Control, Mosquito Control Grant.

5.   Approval of Agreement with Mowrey Elevator in the amount of $25,980.00 for repair, maintenance, and inspection of elevators for a period of two years at the Administration Building, Courthouse (old and new), Clay County Jail, and the Environmental Services Facility. This contract is a result of Bid #08/09-36.

6.   Approval of Interlocal Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, and the Clay County School District for Safety and Education Articulation. This agreement will result in $450,000.00 in funding to the CCSO, from the School Board, through the BCC in exchange for youth resource officers at specified schools.
