1.					Discussion Regarding Reduction of Members on the Board of Adjustment
					Staff is proposing a revision to Article XII of the Clay County Land Development Code to reduce the number of members on the Board of Adjustment (BOA) from seven to five.  The BOA meets on an as-needed basis to consider appeals to the Land Development Code.  Because the BOA is not a regularly scheduled meeting and may sometimes only meet two or three times in one year, it is difficult to obtain a quorum.  With the reduction of the membership, the quorum requirement will also be reduced from five to three.
