Changes to a road in Baton Rouge are a mixed-bag for the people who live on it. There are new speed humps along Glenmore Avenue between Claycut Road and Bawell Street. Since the humps were installed last week, Glenmore, a shortcut known for its speeding drivers, is starting to change.
