Residents of one neighborhood in south Louisiana are up in arms about a Federal Emergency Management Agency trailer park in their backyard. Friday, truckers began hauling in 50 mobile homes to an old trailer park next to the Chase Court subdivision off Highway 621 in Prairieville. The situation is proving quite frustrating for neighbors, but Chet Simpson, the park's owner, said it's a simple business decision, and he's not backing down.
