A state representative says her comments about meals paid for by lobbyists are being taken out of context. State Rep. Charmaine Marchand said during a committee meeting that if the amount is only $50 lawmakers were going to be eating a lot of Taco Bell. The remarks were made during a discussion about a bill that would limit the amount lobbyists can spend on meals.
