The trial of Mark Lewis, the man accused of killing a 13-year-old French Settlement girl, is set to begin this week in Livingston Parish. One year ago this month Kaitlin Aydell disappeared, and two days later her body was found in Ascension Parish. For family members and other residents of French Settlement, they are hoping the trial brings them closure.
