Animal advocates say the treatment of a popular truck stop tiger needs to improve if the owner plans to keep it in Grosse Tete. Two weeks ago the Iberville Parish Council voted to amend an ordinance to allow Tony to stay, but Parish President Mitch Ourso vetoed the vote 10 days later.
