Two deputies are under investigation after a man was shot and killed in Tangipahoa Parish. It happened near Jefferson Road and North 11th Street in Ponchatoula. Tangipahoa Sheriff Daniel Edwards says the two officers claim they had to shoot because their lives were on the line.
