As plans for the toll loop around Baton Rouge move forward, one group from Port Vincent wants it nowhere near there. Port Vincent is about nine miles south of Walker in Livingston Parish. News 2's Chris Nakamoto gets answers on why the mayor says the loop could erase the village from the map.
