The program and the company hired to oversee it remain under fire, and on Thursday lawmakers grilled the people in charge. Former Gov. Kathleen Blanco approved a $156 million payment for the Road Home management firm during her final days in office, but now that payment may be cut if there's no proof of performance. | |
