Change is coming to the controversial state Road Home hurricane recovery program. The program and the company hired to oversee it remain under fire, and on Thursday lawmakers grilled the people in charge. Former Gov. Kathleen Blanco approved a $156 million payment for the Road Home management firm during her final days in office, but now that payment may be cut if there's no proof of performance.
