Passengers could be left in a bind since an airline cut a flight from Baton Rouge. Delta Airlines will cut its nonstop flight from Baton Rouge to Washington, D.C., in June because of rising fuel costs. The airline will add another flight to Atlanta to make up for the cut to D.C.
