A bartender in French Settlement who allegedly served drinks to teenagers the night they died has been charged in their deaths. Michael Ben Flash bonded out of jail on charges of negligent homicide Wednesday afternoon. In November four teenagers from Denham Springs died in a car accident. Witnesses reported seeing all of them at the Moonlight Inn bar an hour before the crash.
