East Baton Rouge Sheriff's deputies have made two arrests in connection with a double murder in a BREC park. Trendall Matthews from Jackson and Dominic Smith from Zachary were placed under arrest on Tuesday on two counts of first degree murder and two counts of attempted second degree murder.
