State workers will not be getting a paid day off in observance of the anniversaries of hurricanes Katrina and Rita, but that doesn't mean there won't be a designated time of remembrance for victims of the 2005 storms. Some lawmakers say there may be a way to remember the historic events without costing you tax dollars.
