Thursday marks the anniversary of Juneteenth. Back in 1965, Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, with the news the Civil War was over and all remaining slaves in Texas were freed. The Fellowship Tabernacle in Baton Rouge will hold a Juneteenth celebration this Saturday.
