In just the last four days, paramedics have responded to more than a dozen heat calls due to the oppressive temperatures. Officials are urging anyone who has to be outside to know your body's warning signs. News 2's Chris Nakamoto spoke to one woman who just got out of the hospital from heat exhaustion and has some tips on how to stay cool.
