Some homeowners in West Baton Rouge Parish could see as much as $200 tacked on to their insurance bill starting in October, and they won't be the only ones. A premium increase on the average of 18 percent is on the agenda for those running the state's insurance program of last resort, Citizen's Property Insurance.
