District Attorney Hillar Moore says he's not sure if criminal charges will be filed against employees with the Louisiana Recreational and Used Vehicle Commission. Inspectors with the office are accused of payroll fraud after an investigation by the state Inspector General's Office. News 2's Mike Steele spoke with the commission's director about the allegations.
