Charges have been upgraded for an accused drunk driver after a crash in Livingston Parish on Friday. Joseph Landry faces charges of vehicular homicide in addition to DWI, negligent injury and careless operation. A 5-year-old involved in the crash died on Sunday, and a 3-year-old remains in intensive care.
