A lawsuit is pending against the West Baton Rouge Correctional Facility and one of its deputies who allegedly beat an inmate. Inmate Dustin Shelton says his genitals accidentally fell out of his boxers while a nurse was giving him his medication. Shelton said that sparked retaliation from the nurse's boyfriend, a prison deputy.
